900 Captain Jack Roofing tear-off begins September 13th (4-6 week process)

The roofing tear-off process has began at the 900 building. Please be aware that there will be limited access to condo apartment entry ways during tear off. These areas have been blocked off due to falling debris. This is a major construction site. Roofing crews will be working M-F from 8am -5pm. As the completion date gets closer, the Events Calendar will be updated and the Maintenance Manager will send emails to owners.
