Unfortunately, there is a crack in the pool pump in addition to a failed tankless hot water heater. There is no water pressure or hot water currently. Update on Common Buildings and Garbage pick-up delay
Clubhouse tankless water heater has become damaged during the 30 hour power outage (between 12/26 at 5 am - 12/27 10 am). . Hot showers are not available which is a requirement of Whatcom County Health code. This necessary repair causes the Clubhouse Pool and Jacuzzi to remain closed. Power Outage lasts 29 hours!
Glacier lost power at 5 am on 12/26/21 Sunday morning. The power was not restored until 12/27, Monday at 10 am. Temperatures dropped to 6 degrees Fahrenheit. The Snowater maintenance crew worked non-stop on Christmas day to keep the Snowater drive clear and safe for holiday owners and their guests.
