Unfortunately, there is a crack in the pool pump in addition to a failed tankless hot water heater. There is no water pressure or hot water currently.
The Clubhouse is CLOSED until repairs can be made.
The Log Cabin is holding a temperature of 48 degrees. There is an electrical failure currently. The baseboards, hotwater tank and gate control are door are inoperable.
