DESCRIPTION:Overview Join WTA as we work on improvements on this popular trail just outside of Glacier located right next to the Mt. Baker Highway and the often raging North Fork Nooksack river. About the Area Enjoy hanging moss and lush ferns as this mostly gentle trail meanders up the bank of the North Fork of the Nooksack River\, which gets its start from the glaciers of Mount Shuksan. The roaring is sometimes deafening as the river powers its way through everything and anything in its path — house-sized boulders\, snags\, and the riverbed\, giving kayakers and rafters who venture here a wild ride. What to Expect We’ll have fun\, work hard and make a difference! Project Description This trail needs a variety of maintenance to keep it in great shape and minimize impacts on the surrounding area. Activities may include pruning back overgrown vegetation\, building structures to keep the trail mud free and digging new paths for water to flow off the trail. We may also restore the tread. This involves digging the trail surface to the proper width and slope as well as removing organic material\, protruding rocks and roots. Hiking Information Our hike to the project site is expected to be 1-3 miles roundtrip over gently rolling terrain. Schedule \n\n8:30 AM: Be ready to meet the crew\, rain or shine. You will be asked some health screening questions.\n8:35 AM: Gather for a safety briefing\, then hike to the project site\nMorning: Work at your own pace\, and take breaks throughout the day\n12:00 PM: Lunch on the trail\nAfternoon: Consider trying a new task before wrapping up the day’s work\n3:30 PM: Return to the trailhead\n\nFor safety reasons\, arriving late or leaving early is not allowed. Planning Information Get ready for a great day outside! What it Takes to Do This Work Party \n\nBring a great attitude for working with a team! DESCRIPTION:As you know\, the chimney chase project was completed last fall but we ran out of weather to start the roofing portion. This is the notice that the project will be resuming soon. Topside Roofing and Siding is looking forward to starting work on your building in the next few weeks. Estimated start date is end of March/beginning of April. Roofing replacement timeline is subject to change with weather and vendor availability; may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. If there is any changes\, I will let you know and will be sending updates on project. Here are some precautions and tips to prepare your unit for the work that is about to take place: \n\nEverything not secured should be removed from the chimney walls above your fireplace. Construction on the roof causes vibration that can cause framed artwork and other hanging items to fall\nPlease also remove all items off your mantle to avoid any breakage.\nWhen skylights are being replaced in upper units\, debris and dust may fall down. Kindly remove any furniture underneath your skylight OR authorize our maintenance staff to place a drop cloth under your skylight for the duration of the replacement process.\nWe recommend that you not plan to use your unit at all during the weekdays that your building will be under construction.

DESCRIPTION: \n\nNOTICE OF SNOWATER TIME SHARE ASSOCIATION (STSA)\n\n2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)\n\nPursuant to the STSA Bylaws\, Part 3.4 Notice of Meetings\, notice is hereby given that the STSA AGM webinar meeting will be held on Saturday\, March 26\, 2022 and will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. \n\nThe Board of Directors will be holding an online meeting via ZOOM video Webinar.  Instructions for joining the meeting are located at the Owner Info page\, under Snowater Time Share Association\, AGM Documents in the 2022 Notice of AGM document.\n\nThe purpose of the Meeting is to review Association business and financial activities over the previous year\, and share committee reports on various activities.  Also\, elect TSA Board Members for two of the five Board positions and provide guidance to the TSA Board for bettering our use and enjoyment of your Snowater ownership and TSA operations.\n\nPer the Bylaws\, in order to have an official meeting\, 10% of voting members must be present or represented by proxy. Therefore\, it is very important that you fill out the enclosed proxy form.  Completed proxy forms should be emailed to office@snowater.org or mailed to Snowater Timeshare Association; PO 5002; Glacier\, WA 98244 no later March 24th.\n\nAn electronic copy of the AGM packet will be emailed to all owners. However\, if you would also like an AGM Packet sent to you via mail please contact the Snowater office at office@snowater.org or (360) 599-2724 ext 200.\n\nAgain\, please join us!.
