The Heritage Log Cabin was originally built in 1882 by Billy Johnson and it’s original setting was one mile north of Lawrence on the Sumas Road. The tales of how it came to be at Snowater are an interesting read and available to anyone that would like to view it. Inquiries should be sent to office@snowater.org

The sandblasting, restaining and resealing of the logs on the Log Cabin will extend their life for many years. The chinking (between the logs will make the cabin more weatherproof and prevent rodents and bats from getting in. And the cabin looks much better.
