Many individuals have questioned why there are so many timeshare segments for sale in timeshare condo units 1407 and 1408.
As you may know, each time share condo is divided into 12 segments (weeks); A-L. In the Clearwater 1400 building, there are 14 condos and each condo has 12 segments (weeks). Therefore, there are a total of 168 time share segments available for ownership in that building.
All 24 segments for Units 1407 & 1408 were purchased at a foreclosure auction a couple years ago by one owner; he recently decided to keep 2 segments and list the other 22 segments for sale.
As Snowater Timeshare units are currently in high demand, these segments should sell quickly.

Interesting information. Anyone interested in joining the time share association should carefully review the time share deed (available on the owner information page of this website). It seems time share deeds lay out how time share segments operate, much as do the Declarations and By Laws controlling full shares.
The time share deeds illustrate the differences between how the two organizations operate. All owners, both full share and time share should understand the differences between the organizations.
Interested buyers of time share segments receive a Resale Certificate which provides all the information needed to make a purchasing decision.
In addition, at the Sales tab of this website, for Snowater Time Share listings for sale by owner, there is an information packet link available to anyone interested in learning more about both Snowater Association and Snowater Time Share Association and how the time share program operates.
