Update on Common Buildings and Garbage pick-up delay

• Clubhouse tankless water heater has become damaged during the 30 hour power outage (between 12/26 at 5 am – 12/27 10 am). . Hot showers are not available which is a requirement of Whatcom County Health code. This necessary repair causes the Clubhouse Pool and Jacuzzi to remain closed.
• The Log Cabin is experiencing electrical malfunctions due to the 30 hour power outage and cold weather snap.  The hot water tank is no longer working, and the gate pass key pad at front door has stopped operating.
• The garbage compactor is frozen.
  • Sanitary Service Company (SSC) is unable pick up recycle or empty the compactor for several reasons: employee illness, loss of drivers, as well as the steep drive to the containers. The drive is covered in snow and ice
