Snowater grounds, walkways, trails, and stairs are very slick with ice currently. While maintenance team members are sanding the road and walkways to the best of their ability, we ask you to exercise caution.
Please USE CAUTION: We encourage owners to wear shoes with traction and use Yaktrax or other traction cleats for ice.
Sand Buckets Provided: Each lower entry way contains a bucket with sand and a scoop. Please use the sand on stairs.
Always use a Handrail: Each stairway has a handrail. Please use a handrail while accessing your unit or the common areas.
