About Snowater Condominiums
Snowater Condominiums is a private home owners association that consists of 174 individual condominiums in 15 buildings distributed over 20 acres of forested land. There are 43 Timeshare apartments in the complex and 131 privately owned apartments. Each condominium is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and many units have a river or mountain view that can be enjoyed from a private deck.
Snowater maintains 3 Common buildings, open to all owners and guests from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm: a Heritage Log Cabin and 2 recreation buildings, which contain:
- 2 Heated Indoor Pools with Jacuzzis and a Sauna
- 4 Multi-purpose indoor courts for squash, racquetball, pickleball, basketball and soccer
- A Fitness Room and Games Rooms with billiards, table tennis, darts and board games
On site, you will also find:
- Two Courts lined for tennis and pickleball
- A Sports Court for pickleball and basketball
- A Childrens Playground with adjoining Sports Court for basketball, ball hockey and soccer
- Pathways for walking along our picturesque River Walk which leads to the Horseshoe Bend Trail
- Grassy Playfield for soccer, volleyball, lawn games
The moment you step out of your vehicle, you will be overcome by the oxygen-rich mountain air as Snowater is enveloped by trees. We do our best to provide a Clean Air environment. Snowater grounds are designated non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in Time Share Units, or inside the Common Buildings, on Condo Decks, Pathways and in Open Areas. Smoking in public is restricted to four (4) areas on the property.
Spectacular year-round hiking and golf are nearby. Mt Baker Ski Area is only 30 minutes up the road and the urban attractions of Seattle and Vancouver, Canada are less than 2 hours away.
