• Timeshare (STSA) two bedroom condos with fireplace, full kitchen, LR with American Leather hide-a-bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, DirecTV, DVD player, patio and phone for local & long distance – sleeps 6 maximum
• All Timeshare condo units are Non-Smoking.
• Other Fullshare condominium units ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms are available for rent through local third-party Rental Agencies and directly through some individual owners (amenities and furnishings differ from those in the Timeshare units).
• Mandatory “Resort Fee/Housekeeping Fee” upon arrival:
  • 1-Bedroom: $169.00 cash/check or $179.14 card
  • 2-Bedroom: $200.00 cash/check or $212.00 card
  • Pet fee: $80.00 cash/check or $84.80 card (Only owners or guests with owner’s approval are allowed to bring pets, thank you)
