- Snowater Time Share Rentals are subject to Washington State Sales Tax and Whatcom County Lodging Tax = 10.6%.
- A Housekeeping fee is charged to all Time Share Rentals. (1 Bedroom $148/ 2 Bedroom $175 + Glacier Sales Tax)
- When you make a reservation, please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days in advance; however, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the unit.
- Pets are not permitted in rental units. Snowater Time Share Association follows the Federal Housing Law.
- All rentals are subject to a $250 refundable deposit.

Rental Request
Rental rates vary by unit size, Rental Agency, season and length of stay. A minimum of 2-3 nights is standard. There are many rental properties available in the Glacier area; however, only Snowater rentals have a full range of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities.
