Vendors will be on site for exterior and interior window washing, carpet cleaning of common buildings and condos (by owner request), etc.

Queen mattress set replace in all 43 time share condos

22 sofa beds are being replaced in condos. Large Freight truck delivery, Mover Dudes, and Fork lift driver operator on site. Old sofa beds are being picked up by reservation only, individuals have reserved the sofas.

Clubhouse, Recreation Building, and Log Cabin closed for carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, window washing, etc.

The Heliotrope will be closed from May 16th until mid June for annual maintenance.

The painting contractor is scheduled to pressure wash the exterior of the building May 23 - 25.
