The painting contractor is scheduled to pressure wash the exterior of the building May 23 - 25. Once power washing of Captain Jack is complete, the building will take 1-2 weeks to dry out before the painting contract can prep for exterior painting. Skylights replaced at Solitaire Building
The new skylights will be installed Friday, June 3rd at the 800 building. All owners have been notified.

Painting Vendor on site to wash Chimney Chases at 800 Building
The painters are scheduled to pressure wash the chimney chases at 800 Solitaire in preparation for painting. Usage of condominium apartments will not be affected. All owner have been notified.

900 Captain Jack Building – Painting Update – Completed July 8th
Attn owners in the 900 bldg: Estimated completion date is around July 8. The front side of the building has been painted, and now the painters are working on the rear side of the building.

Glacier 4th of July Celebration
Parade starts at Chair 9 Restaurant. Any one welcome to participate. Parade ends at downtown Glacier. 3 musical band will begin performing at 3 pm.
