This form MUST be completed by the Unit Owner or Tenant. Day and overnight guests must be registered for their visits to Snowater. Please complete the form below and submit it at least 24 hours in advance of your guest's (overnight) arrival. Telephone registration may be made on shorter notice 360-599-2724 ext 200; however, documentation by completing this form (or email office@snowater.org) is preferred. Fire regulations limit unit occupancy to 5 people (1 Bdrm); 7 people (2 Bdrm). Office hours are 10 am – 5 pm Sat. – Thurs; 10 am – 10 pm Friday.

My guests understand they need to check-in at the office to register their vehicle(s) and obtain a parking pass. The person(s) names above are authorized on the dates indicated above. **FULL SHARE OWNERS REGISTERED RENTALS: I understand that I will be billed $22.50/day Resort Usage Fee for the first night and $22.50/day Resort Usage Fee for each additional night for the duration of any Renter’s stay in my unit. NOTE: No fees apply for non-rental visits.
