All condo apartment units at Snowater are privately owned. All units are in 3-story buildings ranging from 8 to 14 condo units per building. Each building is its own condominium association and has its own capital reserve account. Assessments are collected quarterly and Snowater takes great care to build up its Capital Reserves to prepare for current and future refurbishments. Many of our current owners have been vested in Snowater for over 30 years.
Time Share segments of ownership are either one or two bedrooms and entitle the owner to 4 weeks of usage per year. Current Listing prices vary and are listed as a courtesy to our current owners in order to assist with the ownership transfer of their unit. *
