NOTICE:  It is a requirement of Washington State Law that the sellers request from the homeowner’s association a “Resale Certificate” of full disclosure to be sent to the prospective buyer; the “Resale Certificate” cost is $250. The Homeowners association charges an Owner Transfer Fee of $100 to the purchaser of the condo.
