I just completed the online guest registration form. There are several required items on the form that seem unnecessary for the purpose. These are guest phone number, guest email, and guest residence. First, what is the need by staff for a phone number. Considering no cell service in Glacier, contact would likely be impossible. Second, since internet service is limited, the likelihood of contacting a guest by e-mail seems highly unlikely. Third, what value or use is a guests’ state/province and country?
It would be interesting to see an official response.
